Donation Refund Policy

• All donations made to the gaushala are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under genuine circumstances as approved by the management.
• Donations once processed are considered a direct contribution to charitable initiatives and are not eligible for return unless specifically qualified under this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• The donation was made by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment).
• The donation amount was incorrect due to technical or banking error.
• The transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized.

🌿 Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of the donation (You may modify this timeframe based on internal policy).

3. Refund Request Process

• Provide details such as name, date of donation, amount, payment method, and transaction reference/receipt.
• Each refund request will be evaluated individually.

5. Tax Receipt & Compliance

• If a refund is issued, any donation receipt provided earlier will become void.

• All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Apani Radhakrishna Gaushala Pratisthan management.
